Of course, the advertisement itself is very attractive, it captures your eyes definitely.
WHY? i think the color plays an important role in it.
After having the lecture of colors, i look at this advertisement again, i (think) discover the order of using colors.
in all three photos above, analogous color and achromatic schemes are used (like the burberry check as usual?!)
1) red, hot pink, violent/white, gray, black
2) tan, "warm"nertural/white, black
3) tan/white, gray, black
However, there's always a color stands out in each photo
1) the hot pink
2) gold
3) sky blue
That's why it belongs to Contrast of color
as robert said, it's just like a embellishment, it's boring to have the colors in one tone. it's good to add some other colors (higher-chroma)and let it be more interesting but avoiding to break the ambiguity at the same time.
Apart from that, you can see the background the white (very bright one), let the models and the clothes stand out, the photos are energetic instead of dull and boring.
